Bespoke printing
We partner with some of Australia’s best in the industry to print your stationery to ensure it reflects the quality we desire. We offer digital colour, white ink, letterpress, embossing, foiling and die-cutting. Learn more about these below.
-
A high-quality print in full colour, black or white, transferring your design digitally to paper. This is the best option for personalisation of guest names, quicker turnaround times and is the most economical option.
-
These traditional print methods use a plate to press your design into the paper, transferring the design in the form of a deep impression. This can be done with or without ink. This luxurious print method requires a metal plate to be made so takes a little longer and has a minimum order quantity. Letterpress is pressed from the front of the card, so has an ‘indent’ look, while embossing is pressed from the back, creating a raised effect.
-
In a similar process to letterpressing, your design is transferred to the paper with a stamp of hot foil that will sparkle in the light. Commonly created in gold, rose gold or silver, foiling looks luxurious on any cardstock but best on darker colours for it to truly pop.
-
We can create any shape or size you would like, check out our popular shape combinations here. Arches, circles, waves and angles, if you’re after something different to the traditional rectangle or square, this might be for you! Custom die cut shapes are also available upon request.
-
One of the things we love most about our paper are the materials it’s made from – it’s what makes it so touchy-feely and perfectly imperfect!
All of our paper and card stocks are made from plant-based materials. Cellulose fibres from wood, grasses, cotton, and other plants are used in the paper making process. Because it’s a natural product, there will always be very subtle variations in colour, texture pattern, and even paper thickness (unless you’re an expert you’d never notice!) from each batch.
With some stocks, you may notice occasional tiny flecks of material. We quality control our stocks for any removable marks, but occasional plant particles are a subtle unavoidable part of the process.
Our premium paper is sourced from mills in Japan, Italy, Germany, Korea, India and USA.
GSM stands for 'grams per square metre' and refers to the weight of the paper. To give a benchmark, photocopy paper is usually 80gsm. 100-170gsm is used as menu paper, letter paper, invitation inserts and envelopes. And 250-350gsm+ is used for Invitations, details cards, etc. The thicker the paper, the deeper the impression when printing with letterpress, so often we will opt for 350-600gsm.
